I am the Assistant Sales and Marketing Manager at Sandhill Oil and Gas, with over three years of experience in sales and marketing operations. In my current role, I oversee sales operations, manage client relationships, and support marketing initiatives aimed at driving business growth. I also supervise delivery riders, ensuring efficient coordination and timely service delivery to maintain high customer satisfaction.
In addition to my managerial responsibilities, I bring hands-on experience in dispatch operations, which gives me a strong practical understanding of logistics and enables me to uphold high service standards across daily operations.
Prior to this, I worked as a Sales Manager at Ciessay Phones and Accessories in Kumasi from November 2023 to October 2025. In this role, I was responsible for sales coordination and customer relationship management, where I consistently contributed to improving customer satisfaction and sales performance.
